Self Portrait Without Looking
I drew myself without looking at the paper (using a photograph for visual reference) and then replicated it with embroidery for my visual arts class. Drawing without looking is my new favourite way to draw, it feels so comfortable and right. This makes me happy because you cannot control or predict the outcome and this has released me from my drawing rut.
Now that I am on uni holidays I will be making more pictures and paintings.
